And in the woods, people really depend on one another for help.

Next trip to Spokaloo, I'm heading out to Hobby Lobby, too. :-) (Hmm, just noticed what a poet I am!! They have lots of home decorating stuff, some fabrics and yarns. They aren't open on Sunday.Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06105445880440567911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7263840964304974785.post-48075118022107247292011-12-01T07:43:50.374-08:002011-12-01T07:43:50.374-08:00Kathy,

I read about/hear about that store on blogs/podcasts, but did not think I would go to one.
And I agree with Hallie, but it is good that this was not one of those situations - good on you!drMolly, the BeanQueenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16925687175799797538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7263840964304974785.post-66207653356579754892011-12-01T07:05:42.566-08:002011-12-01T07:05:42.566-08:00People in general are wary of getting involved in ...People in general are wary of getting involved in roadside situations, and rightly so. Gas was available within a 3-mile round trip I'd guess, and I teased Dave that he could have walked. He said if we hadn't happened along, he would have. It was good, though, that he didn't have to leave his family in the van on a cold day. Dave is a pastor in Rosalia.Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06105445880440567911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7263840964304974785.post-30794767687368351822011-11-30T22:39:39.653-08:002011-11-30T22:39:39.653-08:00That was a fun day! Too often over here strangers will approach with sob stories of misfortune but they don't want help, just money.Halliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05305271560327301083noreply@blogger.com
