Here’s the link to a segment from NBC Nightly News (June 19) which addresses issues regarding communication with those incarcerated in county jails across the country. Issues are much the same with those in prison. If you’re fortunate enough not to experience these things firsthand, you just don’t realize how families are affected. KW
We watched a segment about Milo's situation and others similarly affected. It was well done and shows the penal system in. a verynbad light. I hope so9mething comes of it.
ReplyDeleteThe more we hear about Milo's last days, the angrier we are. He knew he was in danger, and the prison did nothing. Justice is elusive, and nothing will bring him back.
ReplyDeleteAnd we believe that if it could happen to Milo, it could happen to someone else. We hope something comes of it, too.
